In March 1985,  
Luxi Huashengling Machinery Factory was established under a partnership of several shareholders in Luxi Huashengling, mainly processing machinery parts.
  In 1988,  
Luxi Huashengling Machinery Factory was renamed as Luxi Machinery Factory, mainly producing ceramic machinery parts.
  In 1991,  
Luxi Machinery Factory was relocated to Luxi Kuaihuoling and renamed as Pingxiang Fangyuan Industry Co., Ltd., mainly producing auto parts and agricultural machinery parts.
  In 1992,  
the company produced case, housing, and other small and medium castings for construction machinery gearbox.
  In 1994,  
the company developed and produced construction machinery brakes, and became the supporting enterprise of domestic main construction machinery companies such as XCMG, Lonking, Liugong, XGMA, SDLG, Lovol Heavy Industry, Yutong Heavy Industry, Luoyang First Tractor Group and etc.
  On December 27, 1996,  
Jiangxi Pingxiang Fangyuan Industry Co., Ltd. was officially registered with a registered capital of RMB26 million.
  In 2004,  
the company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.
  In 2011,  
the company purchased 80,000 square meters of land in Luxi Industrial Park.
  On June 8, 2011,  
the new product of Integrated Oil Circuit Valve for Loader was granted a national practical patent No. ZL 2010 2 0601446.7.
  In 2013,  
the company moved to the new location.
  On March 6, 2013,  
the new product of Integrated Hydraulic Oil Circuit Valve for Loader was granted a national invention patent No. ZL 2010 1 054619.5.
  In 2015,  
the company established Jiangxi Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center of Digital Hydraulic System for Construction Machinery.
  On May 10, 2017,  
the new product of Differential Pressure Slide Valve was granted a national invention patent No. ZL 2013 1,0051428.4.
  In 2019,  
the company established Jiangxi Provincial High Level Engineering Research Center of Hydraulic Brakes for Construction Machinery.
